Coaching with Brooklyn has been wonderful. She takes the guess work out of nutrition and makes workouts that are the perfect balance of comfort and discomfort.
Prior to starting with Brooklyn, my workouts and nutrition were inconsistent. I didn't have a direction for my nutrition or goals for my workouts. With the lack of direction and solid goals, I wasn't working out consistently or eating well. I had a general idea of how to eat and workout, but needed a push in the right direction.
After working with Brooklyn, I have set goals for both workouts and nutrition. Once she helped me set my goals, she developed a plan, which has been easy to follow and understand. It finally feels like I have a direction to go with my overall health. 1:1 coaching with Brooklyn has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. Before working with her, I had no idea what I was doing. I was eating “healthy” but only able to sustain that life style for two or three weeks at max. Now I know what I am supposed to do without too much direction now because it has become a routine. That’s what I love about the 1:1 aspect, it has become a lifestyle and a routine.

"I absolutely loved the summer challenge program. I'm someone who has never really finished an in-person class before because life always seemed to get in the way. I loved that I was able to complete these workouts at home, because I had no excuse not to. I loved the fact that all of these exercises were able to be done with body weight or dumbbells, could be modified for beginners or switched up for gyms. After doing this program I have so much more energy and I feel a million times better.
